Last week we went to Utah because I spoke at Altitude Summit. We made a mini family trip out of it the last two days we were there and it was seriously a blast. Such a quick trip, but so fun. AND to any of you lovelies considering attending Alt next year–DO IT. Here’s a quick recap of our week!

ALT SUMMIT
This was seriously so fun. I spoke on scheduling out the chaos and taught myself a few things 😉 I got to hang out with great friends and party way too late with my babe in tow! Marcus was such a great husband and Daddy taking care of Blake during the day while I spoke and attended classes. I got to meet up with Sarah Michelle Gellar and her company Foodstirs to chat about our upcoming giveback event happening in May here in Boise that they’re going to help with (you can read the details to that, here)! Her and Blake instantly became besties and she was seriously the sweetest! While at the conference we made the most out of our hotel stay in between and took Blake “swimming” and ate way too much room service.

PROVO
Saturday after the conference ended we went down to Provo for the morning with Marcus’ sister. We at at Waffle Love (which I HIGHLY recommend) and Blake loved the chocolate filling in my waffles….#momwin. She was so cute sitting in her big girl highchair at the table and playing the dropping game..you know the one where they drop EVERY single thing on the floor over and over again…ha! We also got the chance to attend the Provo City Temple opening which was the highlight of our trip for me. However, I brought three dresses for Blake and she somehow ruined every single one of them…sooo she’s rocking a shirt and tights. We do what we can, am I right Moms?! Ha!! Seriously though it’s gorgeous and there’s just something so special about having our whole family inside the temple together!

LOGAN
We wrapped up the weekend in Logan, Utah and Blake and her cute cousin got to play together. It was such a great little mini getaway and just what my soul needed!
