Being a Mom is a tough job in general, now just imagine what it does to our skin and especially our hair. Recently I made the decision to make a big transition in the hair department, just in case you missed it 😉 I went from pretty platinum blonde to brown, dark brown. Obviously that can do wonders on your hair, so keepin’ it as healthy as possible was a must in my book. Especially since most days it’s in a top knot and pretty lifeless. So, I’m going to share three tricks I use with my favorite new Suave Products to keep my hair lookin’ fresh and healthy (especially with my recent change).
Trick #1 // Shampoo and condition with Suave’s Biotin Infusion Line. Here’s the real big trick though, leave the conditioner in as long as you can. I usually will put my Biotin Infusion Conditioner in, wash my face, shave and then rinse it. That way it sits in my hair for a few minutes. This way your hair feels extra soft, smooth and looks even better!
Trick #2 // Wear your hair down and natural as much as possible. I will usually go to sleep with my hair wet and let it air dry while I sleep. Then when I wake up, I will blow dry the top for 30-45 seconds to live it up and then do a fun braid or style. Try to use as little heat as possible, that’s a huge help in keeping your hair healthy and smooth.
Trick #3 // Five words, say it with me, Biotin Infusion Anti Breakage Serum! Seriously, I put this in my hair every single time I wash it. Immediately after you get out of the shower and brush your hair put this in the ends! Did you know this product is infused with B7 Biotin, a vitamin known for superior hair strengthening benefits, reducing breakage by 95%! It’s good stuff and it’s so beneficial to use after every wash.
This line is my favorite, it’s new and it’s honestly something I keep on hand all the time now. The products are proven to strengthen as well as Pureology® Strength Cure® and I just grab them at Walmart. Visit your local Walmart to try out all of the new 2016 Suave Professionals collections: Coconut Oil Infusion, Coconut Milk Infusion and Biotin Infusion, while supplies last.
