You know when you finally get to that point where you’re just so sick of living in filth and clutter that you have a mega freak out and go through EVERYTHING? Oh you don’t? Just me? Am I the only one who lets it get that bad…? Whoops. Well, it finally happened and I went through everything in Blake’s room. I mean, I figured since she’s almost two and still had a Bumbo seat out that…well, it was time. I boxed up all her baby things, threw away the trash and donated the things we’re done using. I’m not going to lie, I cried a little, okay..I cried a lot. It’s fine. BUT it’s done and well, I feel like a new woman! One closet down, all the rest to go. Progress though people, progress. I’ve linked all the details below and where you can grab everything we used in Blake’s closet. This is a project you can definitely do on a budget! We spent less than $200 on Blake’s and it looks like a completely different closet. It’s easier to find things, her toys stay organized and I feel a little more sane.
Shop this closet:
I used plastic bins with lids to hold her toys, so that they’re organized but all in one place and easy to get to! We put her hats in a bin, her diapers so that they’re easy to get to, wipes in a bin — everything has a bin so that they’re together, but organized!!
A few more closet organization favorites…
