I’ve been trying really hard lately to improve my health. Mainly for my mental well being, but also because well…I need to be healthy. We’re in the middle of our second infertility battle, so I want my body and my health to be at the top of it’s game so that hopefully it can do exactly what it needs to 😉 I also want to set a good example for Blake and not be so dang tired and “bleh” all the time. So I’ve made some changes. I’ve been eating healthier, hitting the gym every morning, trying to get outside and do something active everyday with Blake, and recently we’ve introduced the new Tropicana Probiotic drinks into our everyday diet because #BelieveInYourGut.
I’ve always been a probiotic fan. I took them when we were struggling to get pregnant with Blake, but I’m not going to like — I just don’t do great with remembering to take pills. So the fact that we can pour a glass of this every morning as part of our breakfast routine is KEY for me. I usually drink about half a glass before I head to my work out and then the other half with Blake when I get back and am making breakfast for the two of us! Marcus has to fend for himself 😉
Y’all know how much I believe in this. I mean, I’ve been talking about how much better I feel since making the switch for months now. Introducing the Tropicana Probiotics has been really good too though. I mean your gut isn’t just what leads you in the right direction 😉 it’s also the key to your health and well-being, so I’ve learned! Plus, like I said, it’s in drink form, so it’s just a lot more convenient, nutritious and accessible, making it easy to achieve my best self.
A little about Tropicana Probiotics itself:
+It’s 100% juice, with no added sugars or artificial flavors — just probiotics!
+Every 8oz delivers 1 billion live and active cultures to your gut! Plus your whole day’s Vitamin C 😉
+Nutritious Ingredients for easy healthy choices, right in your normal juice aisle!
Long story short, it’s been a good change with our new focus on a healthier lifestyle. So run to the store, pick some up and let’s cheers to the future y’all. 😉
