I am always looking for new ways to relax as a Mom, you know because that only happens like once a year. 😉 It might sound silly, but working out has actually been a good outlet for me to “relax” in a sense, you know kind of take my mind off of things. And every once in awhile I do something at home and Blake will “join” in and it’s the cutest thing ever. We actually started doing “night time yoga” to try and calm her down, to get her ready for bed and she LOVES it. Last night she ran up to me while we were putting PJs up and said, “Mommy it yoga time?” Obviously my heart about burst and my ovaries were screaming have more babies, but you know. 😉
Since I love sharing products I use and love I thought it would be fun to one, share another little quick booty workout since I am doing that every Friday this month with a few girls and then share a product I love that I try to use every night while watching TV or whatever “leisurely” thing I am doing for the night.
First, the product is called, Pranamat. I actually have their mat, have for awhile and love to use it after working out for a few minutes. It just kind of feels like a massage and helps relax my muscles, especially cardio days. Recently I got their pillow though and it’s been nice to use every night while we watch TV together. That’s mine and Marcus’ go to nightly bonding time, you know….Netflix and being lazy on the couch, #couplegoals, am I right? 😉 HA!
A little about the pillow, it’s great for self healing. Now, I’m not super into “all that”, I mean maybe I should be, I would probably be a heck of a lot less anxious than I am…but I have been doing some quiet time, meditation as you will every night and it’s been pretty beneficial. I use this pillow during that time as well and then just continue to lay on it afterwards while we chill because well..why not? It works as a massage tool for relaxation and revitalization and kind of restores the energy flow within your body. Marcus actually uses it a lot too, probably more than me just because I don’t really have much time during the day to just “sit”…wouldn’t that be nice? 😉 Kidding! Kind of…
Now, let’s talk booty workouts. So this is just a quick one to do before you hop in the shower or before bed every night. I generally every night in my bathroom or bedroom…so there’s that. It’s fairly easily, just a good way to get in a quick workout before the day is over!

- 10 Squat Jumps
- 30 Jumping Jacks
- 30 Second Plank 2X
- 20 Mountain Climbers
