So as the world knows 😉 HAHA we’ve been trying to get pregnant forever and a day. Basically since Blake was born. WELL, we are hoping to do IVF this summer (that’s the goal anyways), SO I’ve been prepping my body and trying to get everything in order. Which led me to Forte Elements. I have been dying to try their prenatal vitamins forever. I have used their Amino Acid Supplements for a little over a year off and on and have really benefited from it. SO naturally, I wanted to get my hands on the prenatal vitamins since I’ve had such a good experience with the Amino Acid. First (because I know some of you are wondering) the Amino Acid supplements are just really great for health in general. When I drink it I feel more energized, my tummy feels better, it’s just overall good. I use it about 3 times a week and just pop it in a bottle of water! Plus it’s totally affordable – especially if you do the subscription price, which I recommend!
Anyways, I think I just love them (Forte Elements) so much because they’re just so target to specific things. Literally, they make vitamins and nutrition that are dedicated to specific needs and health. Which especially in women, pregnancy and postpartum is a rarity. They actually have a vitamin dedicated to post surgery and my Dad is about to have surgery on his shoulder sooo I think I’m going to grab those for him. See what I MEAN, ALL THE THINGS dedicated for specific things.
Okay, back to the prenatal vitamins. so I started taking these a few days ago and honestly, they’re the first prenatal vitamins that haven’t made me sick. No joke — every, single, prenatal I have taken makes me sick to my stomach. These haven’t at all and I have taken them at different times everyday, so I’d say that’s a win. Plus I like that it’s a prenatal plus supplement so you’re not only getting the vitamins needed for your babe (or preparing your body for a future babe like me), but also giving yourself the supplements it needs!
Long story short – I’m a big fan and will continue to use them! I got y’all a code too, for 10% off. Use the code “OAKES10”. And if the prenatal vitamins don’t apply to you — do the amino acid supplements, it tastes delicious like lemonade and like I said, Marcus and I both have used it for over a year and LOVE it. I’ve seen a huge difference, especially in my gut health.
