First off, I must explain to you how much of a Boise State fan tiny Blake is before I get into this. Like saying she loves Boise State and yata yata ya, is an understatement. This kid asks to wear her BSU jammies every, single, night, legit makes me say “BOISE” — “STATE” with her on the daily and talks to her Daddy all about blue and orange all day everyday. It’s like an obsession, but the cutest thing ever that her and Marcus love together. There’s just something about Daddys and their daughters that is just the cutest. Now, I can begin with what I was going to say 😉 Blake last night got to meet Buster Bronco (the mascot) and was basically, pee her pants excited. She asked me all day long if it was time to go meet “Ms. Bronco” and when the time game she skipped over there like I’ve never seen her happy before. It was adorable.
The minute she got there and the cheerleaders started talking to her….all of a sudden she got SOOO SHY. You know like the cutest, smile on her face, you can see how freaking excited she is, shy. She stood back and just waited patiently for them to talk to her BUT DIDN’T SAY A WORD, just smiled and put her hands over her mouth. HAHAH. It was freaking cute and naturally I took 148732895 pictures so y’all could see. So you’re welcome. 😉
SOO here’s the fun part, all y’all know how much I love Albertson’s in general, I talk about it basically every, other day, but especially the new Albertson’s on Broadway in Boise. It’s like an Albertson’s on steroids – like a cafe, gelato, home decor, Starbucks, all the things IN THE STORE. They also have free samples and testing all day 10AM-6PM in every department, sooo that’s a win too, especially for us Mamas who need all the things to keep our littles busy. Well starting today they have fun BSU events going on through the weekend to celebrate the game this week! So that’s how we got to meet Buster Bronco tonight and the cheerleaders. If you missed yesterday, ain’t no big thing. They’ve got RR Ranch and Payette Brewing there on Saturday from 12PM-7PM serving up yummy food and drinks. Then Saturday as well, during game time from 6-11PM they’ll have the game playing in their restaurant, Broadway on the Rocks (legit in the store, with MULTIPLE TV screens). All the things, they’ve been long time supporters of BSU and they always keep things fun!
SOOO GO BOISE STATE THIS WEEKEND! We have the infertility dinner this weekend and Marcus literally has plans to go straight to the hotel afterwards to watch the game…soooo we will be doing that. 😉 HA!
