So excited to share the yummiest, most delicious fruit dip ever. Did I sell you on it? 😉 Seriously though, I’ve been making this for years and finally decided to try upping its game a little bit for fall. Not gonna lie it was a little trial and error figuring out the right spices and amounts so it wasn’t totally overwhelming on the “spice” part, but guys I think I nailed it! Even Blake loves it and was basically eating it with a spoon. Also I should add it’s DAIRY FREE, so holla there too, especially if that’s something you need!
Okay, so let’s get goin’ here’s the ingredients you’re going to need and you guys can get ERRTHING at Target, because Target is life. Mkay? Mkay.
- 2 Full Containers of So Delicious Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 Cup So Delicious Coconut Milk or Silk Chocolate Cashew
- 1/4 Cup Organic Honey
- 1/3 Cup Pumpkin filling
- 1/2 TSP nutmeg
- 1/2 TSP Cinnamon
- Start by pouring yogurt into a medium size bowl, then adding in milk and honey.
- Mix on a low speed until a little frothy.
- Then add in the pumpkin filling, nutmeg and cinnamon.
- Mix until it’s a smooth, buttery consistency,.
- Pour into a bowl, top with a little nutmeg and serve!
My favorite fruits to serve this with are for sure strawberries and apples, but honestly you can do any fruit! Another fun twist is to add granola for a little crunch. If you’re not a pumpkin spice person, just remove the pumpkin spice and add a little sugar!
Why Silk and So Delicious?
Well one, their products are incredible, two, they’re organic and three THEY ARE AT TARGET. I mean really any excuse to hit up Target is a big win in my book. Also they have a cartwheel deal for 10-15% off, happenin’ from the 14th of this month through the 11th of November on Silk Half Gallons and Silk & So Delicious Plant based yogurts. SO BOOM, it’s a match made in heaven to make this fruit dip. You’re welcome!
