Things are about to get crazy up in here! We are hosting Thanksgiving this week and I’m not going to lie, I feel like I haven’t really, you know like REALLY, cleaned my house in like three weeks…long before we started the whole IVF thing. Now that I’m finally feeling a-okay and almost back to myself I’m in a little bit of freak out mode, like crap – clean all the things. I started today, day one – clean the carpets/rugs, let’s get the big things out of the way. However, plot twist, guys I kind of became obsessed with cleaning the carpet.
Seriously though – there’s something satisfying about the vacuum lines and watching your carpet become shiny and new. I’m also the weirdo that loves to vacuum. However – ask me to do dishes or laundry and I’m like, yeah, I’m out.
I actually shared this carpet/rug cleaner on stories a couple weeks ago though because you guys – it got the marker not only out of my velvet (LIGHT) pink chair that Blake went crazy on, but also out of the carpet in our bedroom, that again – she went crazy on. I was so impressed that I basically screamed from the rooftop that you all needed it because well, you do. In fact – several of you DMed me and let me know you got it purely for the fact that – it cleans tiny toddler “accidents”. And by “accidents” I mean, you know the time your three year old takes a blue marker ALL OVER the back of your pink velvet office chair. Not that I’ve mentioned that twice or anything…you know, what? That didn’t happen to me? 😉
Anyways, the technical name for it is the Hoover SmartWash Carpet Cleaner and you need it for Mom Life and for the holidays. Seriously – carpet cleaning, on your own at home for a fraction of the price. Plus, it’s really cool – you push forward to clean, pull back to dry. I cleaned the rug this morning and it was dry an hour later. It does all the work for you, you just put the solution in.
ALSOOOO – I’m giving one away on my instagram post, so make sure you run over there and enter!!! You’re welcome.
HAPPY CLEANING AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS Y’ALL!
