This pregnancy I have had more salt cravings than anything. And I found a new snack that I LOVE, like you guys I can’t stop eating it. So I’m like let me scream this from the rooftop. They sent me a box full of them and they were literally gone within a week. Okay, so you’re like cool, tell me what they’re called. Two words y’all: Boulder Canyon. You’ve probably heard of them and aren’t like me who apparently has been living under a rock. But I thought I’d share some details on them and the scoop on my favorite ways to eat them. But remember, this is a judgement free zone. 😉
If you aren’t familiar with Boulder Canyon, they’re a simple ingredient snack brand. Their mantra is “Our path took us to the great outdoors. Our thick cut, kettle-cooked potato chips have a lot in common with nature – crisp, crunchy, bold, real. Wherever your path takes you, bring Boulder Canyon with you.” I love it and they’re right, their ingredients literally are simple, straight forward and health conscious. I’m also eating them right now as I write this, so the fact that they’re convenient and you can literally take them to the outdoors, in the car, in your office or wherever is a huge win in my book.
The chips are crunchy, they’re thick and they’re flavorful. I LOVE the sea salt ones cooked in avocado oil. You guys – they’re seriously SO GOOD. Like I finished that bag and made Marcus go out and get more. HA! Pregnancy problems? Maybe. That flavor is by far my favorite but the rest are great too. Marcus loves the BBQ flavor ones, in fact Blake pulled that bag out of the box and she knew – she goes “DADDY’S FAVORITE CHIPS!” Ha.
Anyways, we took them on a little picnic this past Sunday (BECAUSE IT WAS FINALLY A NICE DAY) which is what these pictures are from, on our way out, me eating them already because #zeroselfcontrol. I’m excited to add these to our grocery lists, seriously just trust me guys, they’re freaking good. So hit the store, you can use their location finder on their site to find where they are near you, look for their new packaging (but still same great taste) and grab a bag or two or three.
Favorite ways to eat them:
+Straight out of the bag (duh)
+The Sea Salt ones with Cheese
+Dipped in chip dip (LOVE greek yogurt ranch)
+Paired with anything, literally
