I’m not going to lie, I think every car I’ve purchased in my life, has been during the summer. Not sure why – maybe it’s just the nice weather and good mood, not that I’ve purchased a ton of cars…hahah. But the ones I have – have been during the summer. We bought my current car during the summer several years ago, Marcus’ last summer and my very first car I bought when I was 18 – BOOM, during the summer. π Summer is just my love language and well, why wouldn’t a new car go with that.
As y’all know I’ve had an ongoing partnership with Autotrader because we just LOVE them, so today I wanted to get down and highlight the 12, best new cars for 2019. I think I’m so passionate about this (is that the right word? HA) because car buying can be daunting and scary when it really doesn’t have to be and it comes with a stigma of “you’re going to get screwed” and well, I’ve learned a lot from past experiences so I like to share my knowledge and I can honestly say Autotrader was a huge resource all of it, so I basically just want to scream it from the rooftop now. I had a friend ask me last week – where do you guys like to buy cars? And I basically screamed Autotrader. It’s not “a car dealership” but it’s a guide to getting you to the right place and gaining the knowledge along the way. They just don’t play games.
Anyways, so the top 12 cars – I won’t just list them off for you – you can jump on over, here, if you want to see them all. BUT I will say if I had to choose my top favorite from the list, it would be the 2019 Volvo XC40. It’s BEAUTIFUL, in fact I’ve looked at it more times than I can count. HA Secret; I want a new car – but obviously we’re being smart about it, so it’s a little ways down the road, but it doesn’t mean I can’t look now. Plus, I’m telling you – especially buying M’s last year, knowledge is key and I’ve learned from every experience. So reading things like this and seeing top features, etc. is so nice just to be informed, especially on pricing and all that for when you go into the actual dealership. It’s just also really nice to research in a place that has already done the work for you. So hop on over and ch-ch-check it out.
Also, side note – every time I write one of these posts – I get sucked into the car world. I literally just caught myself looking at all the cars for 30 minutes. WHOOPS. π I want to know your guys’ favorite car though, from the list or not! I love opinions and well, I’m always looking for them, especially because this next car will be long term as the kids grow up, etc. and I need a little room to grow, not much, but a little so we are comfortable!
