I’ve been meaning to get this recipe on the blog for literally months. I make these cookies all the time, so I figured what better time than now after I share the scoop on a little stain fighting since the kids got said stains making these cookies!
Moms, the real important stuff because kids don’t mess around (AT ALL) when it comes to messes. All® stainlifter® OXI liquid detergent is a MUST HAVE. It took the chocolate stains right out of their clothes and left them smelling so dang fresh. It fights 100% of stain types (*bleachable, oily/waxy, enzymatic, particulate) and you can use it as a pre treatment even in cold water. For pre-treating just rub a small amount directly onto the stain before washing, then wash as directed. Not only does it fight stains but it also brightens and whitens, making our lives as Moms that much easier and more efficient. Ya feel?

So now that we have that part down (you know so you can be prepared for the mess that is soon to follow while baking these). Let me share this recipe real fast. I’ve perfected it and it’s freaking incredible and dairy and gluten free!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 ½ cup 1 to 1 GF flour
- 2 ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 stick of DF butter
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 ¼ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 3 tsps vanilla
- DF chocolate chips to your liking
Directions:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together.
- Then add in the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, let cool on rack.
- Serve.
There you go! Happy baking y’all!
